The Human Linker for Activation of T Cell (LAT) ELISA Kit is a high-sensitivity immunoassay designed for the quantitative measurement of LAT (Linker for Activation of T Cells) in human biological samples. LAT is an adapter protein crucial for T cell receptor (TCR) signaling and plays an essential role in T cell activation, immune response regulation, and cellular proliferation. LAT is an important target in immunology, autoimmunity, and cancer immunotherapy research.
This kit is ideal for applications such as immune system studies, T cell signaling pathways, and autoimmune disease modeling.
Test Principle
This assay utilizes a two-site sandwich ELISA format:
- A capture antibody specific for LAT is pre-coated onto the 96-well microplate.
- Samples and standards are added; LAT binds to the immobilized antibody.
- A biotin-conjugated detection antibody is applied to bind to LAT.
- Streptavidin-HRP binds to the biotinylated detection antibody, and a TMB substrate develops a color proportional to LAT concentration.
- Absorbance is measured at 450 nm to determine LAT levels in the samples.
